This is a personal audience with the champion himself and you will be Gordons only pupil during your time at Knockhill.

Say hello to the most powerful, fastest accelerating, front-wheel-drive car we’ve ever had the pleasure of at Knockhill. The Type R responds instantly to the driver, no hesitation. Underneath the sculpted bonnet lies a four-cylinder VTEC TURBO engine. It’s no surprise to discover this gives the Type R the ability to sprint from 0-62 mph in 5.8 seconds and achieve 169 mph top speed. Powering the Type R through the dramatic undulations of our famous racing circuit is exhilarating.

Knockhill Racing Circuit is a thrilling 1.27-mile track, renowned for its adrenaline-pumping twists, turns, and dramatic 200-foot elevation changes. As Scotland's only FIA-graded circuit, it accommodates both car and bike racing in both directions, offering a truly unique motorsport experience. It’s been a few years since I was last here for the BSB racing. Track has improved. Great atmosphere! Easy parking, great stewards. Fantastic to see the riders mingling around the crowds. Roll on next year!!!

Just a quick note to say thank you to all the staff at Knockhill for making me feel so welcome on Friday, it was a shame that the weather was bad but this did not detract from the enjoyment I took out of taking my MX5 around Knockhill. Can you please extend my appreciation to all the staff that were on site for making what could be quite a daunting experience for the ordinary punter into a relaxed fun day. I hope to return to Knockhill to perhaps repeat this course in better weather.

From the couple here last week: Everything went really well. We were insanely lucky to have Graham for our testing day. He was a spectacular instructor and we hope we can come back for more training from him next time we are in the UK! Thanks for all the wonderful help and for putting up with my endless questions. I’m pretty sure Atle enjoyed his time there and I know I did! I don’t think it’s quite sunk in yet that we managed to scrape a pass! You can tell Graham that they marked him at 95-98% on all the supercars we dumped him in at Thruxton after his instruction with you all! :) Thanks again and hopefully see you next time we are up! :)

Staff were bright, friendly and very knowledgeable. He really showed me how balance and feel of the car is as important as raw power. He also managed to take my driving confidence which was low after a crash last year and build it back up, no easy feat. 10/10 all round. It was a brilliant experience.

The Drive of Your Life - Myself and my partner were gifted the Ferrari and Aston Martin Experience as a present in May this year, we booked our session for the middle of August but on our way to Knockhill they contacted us to say there was an issue with one of the cars, as we were only a few miles away we went in past anyway. The staff were brilliant and rearranged the drive for a time and date that was convenient for us assuring us we would enjoy our day when it came. So we drove back to Knockhill full of anticipation for the day ahead...we arrived were booked in and met our instructor Dave who would guide us around the track. Knockhill is a wonderful place to be, the smell of fuel, the noise from the Formula race cars, the crunching of gravel from the distant rally course and the amazing V8 burble and rumble as the grey ghost that is the Aston Martin DB9 Vantage crests the last corner and heads past the pit wall! The coaching session is like sitting with a driving examiner who just wants you to go faster, smoother, and to the limit - but always with the utmost safety in mind. The practice laps done, driver ability assessed we were given the all clear to get behind the wheel of the Aston.and Ferrai, This was the drive of my life in the most exquisitely engineered pieces of automotive excellence. The laps are over all too quickly, you gain confidence but are always aware of where you are, with your on board instructor, this time Craig sitting alongside ensuring that you get the best out of the experience. I would like to thank everyone at Knockhill who made our day so incredible... Would I recommend this to anyone...well yes, I haven't shut up about it since. Well done Knockhill, you definitely get Pole Position and take the Chequered Flag for a win win win!
