Saloon Car Racing Festival - 1st/2nd June 2024

We are thrilled to be welcoming back top visiting rounds to create a fantastic Saloon Car Racing Festival for you to enjoy. In addition to the Knockhill ModSports, Legends, Super Lap Scotland and selected SMRC content, the super-fast Modified Fords, DDMC Northern Saloons and Sports and Mini Coopers (Sat only).

This unique "Twin Track" format uses both directions over the weekend, Saturday anti-clockwise and Sunday clockwise.

Our Saturday MINI Mania gathering in paddock three is always a head turner. The iconic 60s must have is still a fan favourite. Clubstands and individuals will be showcasing their Mini's on Saturday only, with a feature parade lap during the track lunchbreak.

Event Info

Get ready for an exhilarating race weekend at Knockhill featuring the unique Twin Track event, where drivers will race both anti-clockwise and clockwise. This change in direction often brings unexpected winners and intense battles across the grids.

In addition to the KMSC Super Lap Scotland, ModSports, and Scottish Legends, the event will also showcase the DDMC Saloons and Sports Championship on both days. There will also be a special weekend appearance from the Modified Fords Series. SMRC Scottish Mini Cooper Cup will feature on Saturday only during this event.

• SLS Championship - Featuring the fastest modified cars in Scotland, battling to put their hands on the 2024 titles.

• Scottish Legends Championship – These American styled bike engine ‘pocket rockets’ are a fan favourite and will support all Super Lap Scotland events. Three action-packed races each day will all but guarantee plenty of drama and excitement for race fans.

• ModSports Series This race series will see a vast array of super-charged sports and saloon cars racing head-to-head for those vital 1-2-3 podium positions. A fantastic racing Championship continues.

• DDMC Saloons & Sports Car Championship - A welcome return from our friends from the North East of England who regularly compete at Croft with their highly modified race cars.

• SMRC Mini Cooper Cup - Returning again, but this time exclusively on Saturday, adding an extra race day to keep championships alive and battles fierce.

• Modified Fords - This class will bring along some of the most amazing Ford racers, RS500's, Escorts, Fiestas and more battle it out on track.
