It's Round Three and competitors will be eager to continue in their pursuits of the KMSC titles and Scottish Championship titles with races for both featuring on both days. Expect to see unbelievable 160mph bike racing as the class hopefuls’ race on track up to 4 times apiece over the weekend.
In total, we’ll see upwards of 130 competitors fight it out throughout the seven different championships featuring super-fast Superbike and Clubman machines with 1000cc down to diminutive F300s class that sees kids as young as 12 compete on track. It’s probably the most bang-for-your-buck event at Knockhill with thrilling racing on both days.
Knockhill Racing Circuit is Scotland’s only internationally graded racing circuit by the MSA, FIA and (S)ACU. Season highlights include the world famous British Superbike and British Touring Car events and a host of motorsport action running all year round.
Knockhill Racing Circuit is a demanding 1.3 mile (2km) track, 30 ft (10m) wide, with a unique series of twists, drops and climbs varying by around 200 ft (60m) from highest to lowest point. A unique feature of the circuit is the licence to run in both Clockwise and Anti-Clockwise configurations. These two circuits gives competitors in Scotland a second circuit and a unique challenge.
The picturesque setting just 30 minutes from Edinburgh and 45 minutes from Glasgow, the circuit boasts stunning views over to the Firth of Forth, the Ochil hills and in the distance Wallace Monument.
