This year, is the celebration of 50 years of the iconic Volkswagen Golf. Bring your VW Golf along to celebrate 50 years of this iconic model with a special track parade.

Get ready for on-track action from 9am to 5pm, car enthusiasts of all makes and models will take on the circuit, with two exclusive sessions reserved for German-only cars. Watch as up to 150 drivers push their cars to the limit, tackling the iconic twists, turns, and thrilling elevation changes of Scotland’s premier racing circuit.

Hot Hatch Track Day Sessions

Our Hot Hatch Track Day element of the event is open to all types of road and track cars with drivers who have a full current Driving Licence. First timers are welcome too as a full briefing will be given to all drivers.

There will be two German-only hot hatch groups available for booking.

German Show Car Clubstands & Individuals

Calling all German car clubstands and show car entries! All German car car entries are welcome, with categories to be judged and exciting prizes to be won. When purchasing your ticket, be sure to check the box “I’m joining a Clubstand or showing my car at the event” to kickstart the registration process. Meet up with like-minded car enthusiasts, showcase your ride, and be a part of the action while competing for great prizes!

Event Info

Our famous Hot Hatch Track Days are as exciting for the drivers as they are for spectators. These unique track days give owners of road cars and track cars the opportunity to enjoy the challenges of our famous BTCC circuit.

Gates open at 8am for the keen drivers who will all receive a safety briefing ahead of venturing out on track. 5 groups of cars will each be given repeating 10 minute sessions to explore the limits of their car, and themselves.

For spectators, there is the enjoyment of watching a wide variety of cars being put through their paces, and off track with our open paddocks, you can get up close to the cars and take pictures of your favourite cars. Both Kinnairds Bistro and the Paddock Cafe & Bar will be open to enjoy a variety of quality sit-in or takeaway food.

Track action will be from 9am to 5pm with a break for lunch.
